Dues Policy

Membership Dues began January 1, 1999.

Membership Dues are $16.00 per year.

Membership is for one year beginning with the date stamp of the Membership Application or, if greater than seven days, the USPS postmark the Membership Dues are received by the VPHC Treasurer.

New Membership Applications will only be accepted via the VPHC Membership Application Form submitted from the VPHC web site. New Member Applications are valid for 30 days. If the Membership Dues have not been received and entered within that period, the application is purged from the Membership Database.

Current Members will receive an email VPHC Dues Invoice approximately 30 days prior to the due date. If Membership Dues are not received by the Member Until Date, the Membership Status will be "Dues In Arrears." If dues are not received by 30 days after the Member Until Date the VPHC Membership will be terminated and the record purged from the Membership Roster. To rejoin, a New Member Application will have to be submitted.

Members are responsible for maintaining a valid email address. While VPHC will make every effort to send reliable email notification of Membership dues, it is the member’s responsibility to keep his membership in good standing.
